2025 ACoM Expo & Awards

A Celebration of Community Storytelling

We had an incredible time bringing everyone together for the 2025 Ethnic Media Expo & Awards on Nov. 7 at the PG&E Conference Center in Oakland. It was a day to shine a light on the powerful storytelling coming out of California’s ethnic media — from print and digital to broadcast and social platforms, in English and in-language.

Honoring the Voices That Keep Us Connected

Submissions rolled in between Sept. 15 and Oct. 15, showcasing the creativity and commitment of reporters, editors, photographers, producers, and community storytellers across the state. And when awards night came, we celebrated big. The winners, the finalists, the community — all gathered to honor the work that informs, uplifts, and connects us.
