The 2023 CA Ethnic Media Conference Expo & Awards brought together 150 ethnic media practitioners from as far north as Humboldt and as far south as Calexico, to meet with the leaders and decision makers of Sacramento.

A panel of 26 judges, from journalism professors to writers, editors, researchers and policy makers, was hand-picked for their cultural and in-language fluency.
